RFP - Video Consulting Service

Background
The Atlanta Regional Commission (ARC) has served as the regional planning and intergovernmental coordination agency for the Atlanta region since 1947. ARC's mission is to foster thriving communities through collaborative, data-informed planning and investments. The agency aims to address important issues facing the 11-county metro Atlanta area, which includes Cherokee, Clayton, Cobb, DeKalb, Douglas, Fayette, Forsyth, Fulton, Gwinnett, Henry, Rockdale counties, and the city of Atlanta.

The goal of this contract is to establish a pool of qualified contractors for video production services throughout the 2025 calendar year.

Work Details
ARC requires video production services to create a variety of video assets that support its plans and programs as well as agency events. These assets will vary in intent, format, and length but must maintain high production quality with strong visuals and/or animation. Specific types of videos include short internal tutorial videos, employee celebration videos, educational content for social media, and event productions ranging from 1-7 minutes in length.

Contractors will work in coordination with ARC's creative team to deliver these products on time and within budget. Contractors may decline projects based on timelines or competencies required.

Period of Performance
The initial contract period will run from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2025. ARC may renew contracts for up to three additional years based on satisfactory performance.

Place of Performance
The contract work will be performed within the 20-county metropolitan Atlanta area.
