Background
The City of Atlanta's Department of Procurement (DOP), on behalf of The Department of City Planning (DCP), is seeking to partner with qualified and experienced professionals for planning services, architectural design and engineering services, and public engagement services.

The DCP aims to enable high-quality, sustainable growth and development to create thriving neighborhoods, vibrant economic opportunities, exceptional design in architecture and public spaces, preservation of historic resources, innovative regulatory practices, safe and durable building, and inclusive public engagement.

Work Details
The scope of services includes a broad range of planning services that may be performed over several years. The City will determine the specific work to be performed in partnership with awarded consultants. Services include:

- Comprehensive Planning Services: small area plans, design frameworks, conservation studies/plans, concept plans, infrastructure studies, environmental studies/surveys, feasibility/sustainability studies, historic property inventory surveys, business & strategic planning including fee studies.
- Architectural Design & Engineering Services: structural assessments, civil engineering, MEP systems.
- Public Engagement Services: charrettes, meeting facilitation, translation services, event planning including conferences/training and recognition ceremonies.

The list is not exhaustive; specialized needs may arise that will be addressed on a case-by-case basis.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a number of years as needed based on the requirements determined by the City.

Place of Performance
The geographic location for the performance of this contract is primarily within the City of Atlanta.
