RFP Number 1002-2025 GICC External Digital Display Information System

Background
The City of College Park is issuing this Request For Proposal (RFP) for sealed proposals from experienced contractors to provide an External Digital Display Information System for the Georgia International Convention Center (GICC). This initiative aims to replace the existing Digital Display System currently provided by Gable Signs & Graphics. Vendors are encouraged to propose cost-effective solutions that meet the City's requirements.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for deploying a new External Digital Display Information System at the GICC. This includes evaluating and replacing the current Gable Network of Equipment and Bright Sign Software. Proposals should demonstrate how they will meet or exceed the City's needs, ensuring clarity and detail in submissions. The contractor must also provide verifiable evidence of qualifications, including a minimum of five years of relevant experience and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon receipt of a written Notice to Proceed (NTP) and will initially be for one year, with the possibility of four successive one-year renewals.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Georgia International Convention Center located at 2000 Convention Center Concourse, College Park, Georgia 30337.
