RFP for CM - Upgrades to Kinnett Stadium

Background
The Muscogee County School District is seeking proposals for Construction Management (CM) Services to upgrade Kinnett Stadium located in Columbus, Georgia. The goal of this contract is to enhance the facilities in compliance with local ordinances and ADA standards, ensuring that the upgrades meet the requirements for new construction.

Work Details
The project will encompass a variety of construction trades including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, demolition, painting, floor covering, and other finishes.

The services required include both pre-construction and construction phases which may occur concurrently. Pre-construction services involve cost estimating, constructability analysis, scheduling, and phasing of the work. The CM will collaborate with the School District and Project Architect to finalize phasing and scheduling and conduct value engineering for the project.

The contract will be executed under the AIA A133-2019 Standard Form of Agreement with a guaranteed maximum price.

Period of Performance
The substantial completion of the project is expected no later than August 1, 2025.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Kinnett Stadium located at 4723 South Stadium Drive, Columbus, Georgia.
