Background
The City of Atlanta is initiating a Design-Build project for the construction and renovation of two key facilities: the Chastain Park Parking Garage (CPPG) and the Northside Youth Organization (NYO) Gymnasium.

This project aims to enhance community recreational facilities and improve accessibility for residents. The Department of Parks and Recreation is overseeing this initiative, focusing on collaboration, innovation, and value creation.

Work Details
The contract encompasses the design, permitting, and construction of the Chastain Park Parking Garage as well as the Gymnasium Expansion and Renovation at the NYO Gymnasium Facility.

Specific tasks include:
- Comprehensive design services for both facilities
- Obtaining necessary permits from local authorities
- Construction of the parking garage including all structural elements
- Renovation of existing gym facilities to expand capacity and improve functionality
- Compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations.

Period of Performance
