Background
Dawson County is seeking proposals for professional design and installation services for a prefabricated restroom at Styles Park, located at 60 Rock Cellar Road, Dawsonville, GA.

The park is intended to serve as a passive nature park with facilities that comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). This project follows the Board's approval to accept donated land for the establishment of a beginner mountain bike trail park and an ADA walking trail. The site currently lacks utilities, but it is anticipated that electrical, septic, and well systems will be installed by the time of restroom installation.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all necessary equipment, materials, and labor for the design and installation of a prefabricated restroom. Key specifications include:
- Building model: Corworth – W101CE or approved equal.
- Total floor area: 122 sq ft; slab area: 145 sq ft; covered entry: 31 sq ft; restroom area: 57 sq ft; mechanical chase: 34 sq ft; roof height: 12 ft.
- Features include:
- Wood framed structure with lap siding exterior (Color: Forestwood SW7730).
- Standing seam metal roof (Color: Medium Bronze H4).
- Doors and trim (Color: Sands of Time SW6101).
- Concrete slab foundation (8 inches thick).
- Vitreous China fixtures (toilet, sink), FastAire HD03 hand dryer, mirror.
- Energy-efficient LED lighting and tankless on-demand water heater.
- Motion sensors and all internal electrical/plumbing included.

The contractor must be manufacturer-authorized to sell and install the equipment. The proposal must include proof of direct authorization from the manufacturer.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and extend through project acceptance by Dawson County.

The expected project duration is ninety (90) calendar days from the Notice of Award.

The work will be performed at Styles Park located at 60 Rock Cellar Road, Dawsonville, GA.
