RFP 26-735 Behavioral Intervention Services

Background
The DeKalb County School District (DCSD) is a metropolitan Atlanta public school system dedicated to providing quality education to over 91,000 students. The district is seeking proposals from qualified behavior intervention providers to deliver Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for consultative and direct services to students with disabilities. This initiative aims to enhance the educational experience and support for these students, aligning with DCSD's mission to improve leadership, teaching, and student learning.

Work Details
The awarded offeror(s) will be responsible for providing behavioral intervention services that include all labor, materials, tools, specialized equipment, supplies, trained personnel, insurance, travel, per diem, direct and indirect administrative costs, overhead, tolls, parking, fuel, lodging, and any other necessary costs.

Services must comply with the specifications outlined in the RFP. The offeror must ensure that no additional charges are incurred beyond those specified in the proposal.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence on or about August 2026 and will initially last for one year. There are options for up to four one-year extensions contingent upon DCSD’s approval.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed within the DeKalb County School District located in Stone Mountain, Georgia.

Bidder Requirements
Offerors must provide a valid business license and comply with the Illegal Immigration Reform and Enforcement Act of 2011 by submitting required affidavits. A criminal background check is mandatory for all personnel involved in providing services on DCSD premises.

Offerors must also submit proof of insurance coverage as specified in the RFP. Additionally, they should disclose any potential conflicts of interest and provide financial statements from the previous two years.
