RFP 26-01 Professional Consulting Services for Strategic Plan Development Support Services

Background
The Board of Public Education for the City of Savannah and the County of Chatham, known as the Savannah-Chatham County Public School System (SCCPSS), is seeking proposals for professional consulting services to support the development of a strategic plan.
The District aims to enhance its educational mission through effective planning and execution of strategic initiatives.

Work Details
The services requested under this RFP include:
1) Facilitation of stakeholder engagement sessions to gather input on strategic priorities;
2) Development of a comprehensive strategic plan that aligns with the District's vision and goals;
3) Provision of expertise in best practices for educational planning;
4) Assistance in creating measurable objectives and action plans;
5) Ongoing consultation throughout the implementation phase to ensure alignment with the strategic plan.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period determined by the District, with specific timelines outlined in subsequent communications following proposal evaluations.

Place of Performance
Services will primarily be conducted within Chatham County, Georgia, specifically at locations designated by SCCPSS.

Bidder Requirements
Offerors must demonstrate they are responsible vendors by providing evidence of required licenses, certifications, and compliance with local regulations.
Additionally, Offerors must comply with O.C.G.A. § 13-10-91 regarding E-Verify participation.
No bid bond or performance bond is required for this RFP.
