Background

This project aims to enhance the park facilities and amenities at 575 Riverside Road, Roswell, GA. Work Details
The project includes the demolition of existing site features and the construction of new amenities such as:
- Expanded and reconfigured parking lot
- Special events pavilion
- Play pavilion(s)
- Bandstand
- Spray ground
- Playground
- Comprehensive landscaping and site enhancements.

All work must comply with project specifications, drawings, and applicable local, state, and federal regulations.

Period of Performance
The contractor is expected to commence work on a date specified in a written Notice to Proceed issued by the City. Substantial completion of all work must be achieved within 500 calendar days from this notice.

Bidder Requirements
Contractors must possess a General Contracting License. They are required to meet pre-qualification criteria including experience with similar projects, providing references, and demonstrating qualifications for the proposed construction team. Compliance with E-Verify, Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Affidavit, Drug-Free Workplace requirements, Non-Collusion agreements, and insurance requirements is mandatory.
