RFP #25-16, Judicial Services Classification and Compensation Study

Background
The Henry County Board of Commissioners is seeking proposals from qualified firms to conduct a classification and compensation analysis for the support staff of all judicial offices and positions supporting departments of the courts.

This multi-phase project aims to align job descriptions with employee roles, create an equitable classification and compensation structure, and perform market comparisons for recruitment and retention. The project will involve a position analysis and job evaluation process for judicial and courts-related positions.

Work Details
The consultant will provide comprehensive services including:
- Conducting a classification and compensation analysis for all judicial support staff.

The contract will be performed over a timeline that will be determined after reviewing the Time Line Schedules submitted by the successful Consultant, with proposals due by October 10, 2024.

Place of Performance
The work will be conducted in Henry County, Georgia.
