RFP 25-16 Employee Assistance Program Services (Annual Contract)

Background
The Savannah/Chatham County Public School System is seeking proposals for Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Services to support District employees and their families. The goal is to provide preventive wellness services and responsive mental health support tailored to a diverse workforce, addressing issues such as drug and alcohol abuse, family concerns, and work-related stress.

Participation in the program is voluntary for all eligible District employees, their spouses, and dependent children. The District will cover 100% of the fees based on the current employee population, which will be adjusted quarterly.

Work Details
The Contractor will provide comprehensive Employee Assistance Program services that include:
- Preventive wellness services
- Responsive mental health support
- Services tailored to various employee demographics to ensure accessibility
- Support for issues such as drug and/or alcohol abuse, family/relationship concerns, work-related stress, and similar situations.

All services must be designed to cater to the needs of a diverse workforce. The Contractor must also ensure that no minimum or maximum participation guarantees are required from the District.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective for one year from the date it is signed by the District's authorized representative. There is an option for two additional one-year extensions by mutual agreement.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed within the Savannah-Chatham County area as required by the District.
