RFP 25-060 Office and School Supplies

Background
The Floyd County Board of Education (FCBOE) is seeking bids for the procurement of school and office supplies for the fiscal year 2025-2026. The goal of this contract is to ensure that educational institutions have access to necessary supplies that support their operational and educational needs.

Work Details
The contract includes a wide range of school and office supplies, including but not limited to:
- Art Kraft Rolls (36" x 1000', White, #63000) - 20 rolls
- Binder Clips (Small, Medium, Large sizes) - 288, 240, and 288 boxes respectively
- View Binders (1" and 2", White) - 1200 and 600 each
- Construction Paper in various colors and sizes - total quantities ranging from 300 to 500 sheets per color
- Correction Tape (Liquid Paper Dry-Line) - 240 packs
- Crayons (Crayola, various counts) - total of 1920 packs
- Envelopes in various sizes - total quantities ranging from 200 to 300 boxes
- Dry Erase Board Cleaner - 240 bottles
- File Folders in assorted types and colors - total quantities ranging from 15 to 460 boxes
- Highlighters in various colors - total of 108 boxes
- Markers (Crayola Washable, Dry Erase, Sharpie) - total quantities ranging from 96 to 840 boxes
- Pencils (#2 pre-sharpened, assorted color, mechanical) - total of 2880 packs
- Pens (retractable ballpoint and gel) - total of 108 packs
- Self-Stick Notes in various sizes and colors - total quantities ranging from 36 to 144 packs.
All items must meet specified brand requirements or equivalent standards as detailed in the solicitation.

Period of Performance
The contract period will be from August 15, 2025, through June 30, 2026.

Place of Performance
All supplies are to be delivered to the FCBOE Warehouse located at 600 Riverside Parkway, NE, Rome, GA 30161.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide a financial statement or Dun & Bradstreet rating upon request. Vendors who have not done business with FCBOE in the past five years must complete a Vendor Questionnaire and Reference Sheet. All bids must be sealed and marked appropriately. Bidders are required to submit samples for approval if bidding brands other than those specified.
