Background
Chatham County is soliciting proposals for the construction of the New Multi-Agency Public Safety Facility Project. This initiative aims to enhance public safety services in the region. Work Details
The project involves constructing an 84,835 square foot Multi Agency Public Safety Facility and a 19,534 square foot Multi-Agency Annex Building. Both structures must be designed to withstand wind loads of 3-second gusts at 190 mph and missile impact levels equal to Category E (9 lb. 2x4 fired at 80 ft/s).

The construction services required include site preparation, building construction, installation of necessary utilities, and compliance with all local building codes and regulations.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon the issuance of a Notice to Proceed by Chatham County and is expected to be completed within a timeline specified in the final contract agreement.
