Background
Chatham County Board of Commissioners is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a Social Media Management Software for the Chatham County Public Information Office.
The County aims to streamline its social media strategy across various platforms, enabling effective campaign planning, scheduling, and performance tracking.
The chosen solution should enhance collaboration, provide secure access, and offer robust analytical tools to measure campaign effectiveness.

Work Details
The proposed platform must fulfill the following requirements:
1. Social Media Integration: Must integrate seamlessly with Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Nextdoor.
2. Planning and Scheduling: Provide an intuitive content calendar for planning posts; allow scheduling across multiple platforms; support video scheduling with playlist integration; enable content drafts and approval workflows; include a crisis management feature to pause all scheduled posts.
3. Content Management Tools: Include alt text for images, allow video captioning with SRT file uploads, and provide image editing tools.
4. Notifications and Alerts: Enable real-time notifications for interactions across linked accounts with customizable notification types (sound alerts, email notifications, push notifications).
5. Metrics and Campaign Tracking: Display KPIs on an analytics dashboard; track campaign performance; conduct competitor analysis; enable custom report exports.
6. Engagement Tools: Allow monitoring and responding to comments and messages across platforms within the interface.
7. User Access and Permissions: Provide unique logins for team members with role-based permissions.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from the date of award until the completion of the project as specified in the proposal.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Chatham County Public Information Office located in Savannah, Georgia.
