Background
Madison County Charter School System (MCCSS) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to provide and install a commercial dish machine at Madison County Primary School. This initiative aims to replace the existing dishwasher at Madison County Middle School, enhancing the efficiency of the school nutrition program.

Work Details
The contract involves the provision and installation of a conveyor-type dishwasher along with necessary modifications and additional equipment. The specifications include:

1. **Soiled Dishtable**
- Quantity: One (1)
- Manufacturer: Titan Stainless
- Model: 221SDT-R
- Features: Straight design, 20" x 20" x 8" pre-rinse sink, stainless steel top, NSF certified.
- Additional items include a small scrap basket, provisions for roll-up door, window frames, pass-thru window ledge, and tubular undershelf.

2. **Dishwasher**
- Quantity: One (1)
- Manufacturer: Hobart
- Model: CL86-BAS+BUILDUP
- Features: Two-tank system with power scrapper, capable of washing 342 racks/hour with advanced features including touch screen controls and NSF certification.
- Includes standard warranty for one year covering parts, labor, and travel time during normal working hours.

3. **Clean Dishtable**
- Quantity: One (1)
- Manufacturer: Titan Stainless
- Model: 83CDT-L
- Features: Straight design with stainless steel top and NSF certification.

Installation will be handled by Hobart Sales and Service. The school system is required to provide water, power, and drain connections within five feet of the machine.

Period of Performance
The anticipated earliest start date for the project is March 30, 2024, with a deadline to complete all work by June 30, 2024.
