RFP 24-090 School & Office Supplies

Background
The Floyd County Board of Education in Rome, Georgia is seeking bids for the supply of school and office supplies. Bidders are required to carefully read all terms, conditions, and specifications as set forth in the Invitation to Bid. The FCBOE reserves the right to award by line item to more than one vendor and may negotiate a lower price if the quantity required significantly exceeds those on the Invitation to Bid.

Work Details
The contract involves providing a wide range of school and office supplies including art kraft rolls, binder clips, binders, construction paper, correction tape, crayons, dry erase board cleaner and eraser, file folders, glue sticks and glue, highlighters, markers, paper clips, pencils and sharpeners, pens, rulers, scissors, self-stick notes, sheet protectors, staplers and staples, tape dispensers and various types of tape.

Period of Performance
All bid quotes must remain firm from August 1, 2024 – June 30, 2025. Samples must be delivered by June 28, 2024 and items ordered should be delivered no later than August 9, 2024.

Place of Performance
The contract requires delivery of items to the FCBOE Warehouse located at 600 Riverside Parkway NE in Rome, Georgia.
