Background
The City of Perry, Georgia, through the Perry Police Department, is soliciting proposals for a Public Safety Common Operating Platform. The goal is to obtain a scalable, map-based platform that unifies and displays operational data from various law enforcement systems to enhance public safety operations.

Work Details
The contractor will provide software, implementation services, integrations, training, support, and related professional services for the platform. Key features include:
- A map-based operating interface showing integrated public safety assets.
- Integration with cameras, automated license plate reader systems (ALPR), CAD/911 systems, and other public safety technologies.
- Real-time alerting for incidents and watchlist hits.
- Role-based access for various personnel including patrol officers and command staff.
- Ongoing maintenance and technical support.
- Expansion pricing for future growth in capabilities such as camera coverage and investigative workflows.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to continue until all services are delivered and accepted by the City of Perry.

The services will be performed at locations designated by the City of Perry, Georgia.

Bidder Requirements
Proposals must comply with insurance requirements including Workers' Compensation Insurance, Employer's Liability Insurance, Comprehensive General Liability Insurance, Personal Injury Insurance, Excess/Umbrella Policy, and Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance.
