RFP 2026-0014 Redesign of the Credentialing Office

Background
The Savannah Airport Commission (SAC) is a public body corporate organized under the laws of Georgia, responsible for the operation and maintenance of the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport. The Commission seeks to enhance the efficiency and workflow of its Credentialing Office through redesign services, aiming to improve operational effectiveness.

Work Details
The selected firm will provide comprehensive redesign services for the Credentialing Office, which measures approximately 35 feet in length and 18 feet in width. Key tasks include:

- Conducting a site assessment to evaluate existing space utilization and workflows;
- Developing conceptual and final design recommendations;
- Providing space planning, layout options, and visual renderings;
- Ensuring compliance with ADA requirements;
- Delivering a written design report with detailed cost estimates.

The design must include four workstations (one ADA-compliant), L-shaped desks for employees, customer-facing counters, filing cabinets, a break area with necessary appliances, and provisions for electrical wiring. Proposers are encouraged to suggest alternative layouts and color schemes.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution of a formal agreement following the selection process, with a proposal submission deadline set for May 19, 2026. A Notice to Proceed will be issued before any work begins.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Savannah Airport Commission located at 400 Airways Avenue, Savannah, GA 31408.

Bidder Requirements
Proposers must attend a mandatory pre-proposal meeting on April 20, 2026, and an additional site visit on April 23, 2026. All proposals must be submitted through https://savannahairport.bonfirehub.com/. Proposals should include required forms such as:

- Proposal Certification Form;
- Non-Collusion Affidavit Form;
- Acknowledgement of Addendum Form;
- Reference Forms from past relevant contracts;
- Local Small Business/Minority Business Form if applicable;
- Exceptions Form detailing any deviations from RFP requirements.
