RFP 2024-09 Stonhenge Pump Station Upgrade

Background
The City of Hinesville is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Sewer System Modification, specifically to upgrade the Stonehenge Pump Station and modify the associated piping system.
The goal of this contract is to enhance the sewer infrastructure to ensure efficient operation and service delivery in the community.

Work Details
The project involves furnishing all labor and materials necessary to complete the Sewer System Modification.
The specific components of the work include:
- 175 LF of 10” PVC Force Main
- 1450 LF of 12” NPRL
- 8050 LF of 14” HDPE (Directional Bore or Inserted)
- 760 LF of 8” PVC Sewer Gravity Main
- 550 LF of 15” PVC Sewer Gravity Main.
Additionally, the project includes directional bores and the removal and replacement of equipment at the Stonehenge Pump Station.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to be performed following the bid acceptance on October 23, 2024, with specific timelines to be determined post-award.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Stonehenge Pump Station located in Hinesville, Georgia.
