Description

Electronic responses will be received through the City of Savannah Purchasing Division Supplier Portal until 1:30 PM on Tuesday, June 17, 2025 for a Revenue System. Only electronic submissions will be accepted at www.savannahga.gov/bids. The name of the respondents will be read aloud at the Coastal Georgia Center Auditorium, 305 Fahm Street, Savannah GA 31401. Proposals must be on the Board of Purchase Proposal Forms to be considered. The Board of Purchase reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals and to waive formalities. The City of Savannah Promotes Equal Opportunities for all vendors in City purchases.
Background
The City of Savannah is seeking proposals for a Revenue Management Solution to enhance its operational processes within the Assess to Collect divisions of the Revenue Department. Work Details
The selected proponent will provide a Revenue Management Solution that includes:
- Centralized cashiering for all revenue and utility billing payments, integrating various payment methods (credit cards, cash, digital wallets).
- Comprehensive property tax management including taxpayer information maintenance, tax calculations, billing automation, and delinquency management.
- Business tax management that streamlines licensing processes and ensures accurate data collection.
- Excise tax management with capabilities for processing payments and ensuring compliance.
- Alcohol licensing management that tracks applications, approvals, and renewals while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The system must support functionalities such as automated reminders for renewals, real-time reporting on tax collections, and robust document management.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award in October 2025 and will continue through an agreed-upon implementation schedule as outlined in the proposal.
