The City of Savannah is seeking proposals for a Revenue Management Solution to enhance its operational processes within the Assess to Collect divisions of the Revenue Department. This initiative aims to modernize the City's revenue management capabilities, improve service delivery, and integrate existing systems to provide a comprehensive solution that aligns with the City's strategic goals.

The project is driven by the need for better data management, transparency, and efficiency in revenue collection and reporting.

Work Details
The selected proponent will provide a Revenue Management Solution that includes:
- Centralized cashiering for all revenue and utility billing payments, integrating various payment methods (credit cards, cash, digital wallets).
- Comprehensive property tax management including taxpayer information maintenance, tax calculations, billing automation, and delinquency management.
- Business tax management that streamlines licensing processes and ensures accurate data collection.
- Excise tax management with capabilities for processing payments and ensuring compliance.
- Alcohol licensing management that tracks applications, approvals, and renewals while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The system must support functionalities such as automated reminders for renewals, real-time reporting on tax collections, and robust document management.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award in October 2025 and will continue through an agreed-upon implementation schedule as outlined in the proposal.

The services will be performed at various locations within the City of Savannah, GA.

Bidder Requirements
