Request for Qualifications for On-Demand Construction Services

Background
The City of Suwanee is soliciting qualifications from contractors to provide on-demand construction services. The city aims to ensure compliance with Federal, State, County, and City guidelines, including Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) requirements.

The mission of the City of Suwanee is to protect the well-being and safety of all residents while managing growth responsibly and preserving its historic sites and natural features.

Work Details
The construction services required include, but are not limited to:
- Asphalt patching and paving
- Excavation, grading, compaction of fill material, tree removal, and clearing and grubbing
- Concrete demolition, formwork, placement and forming of curb and gutter, new concrete sidewalks, ADA ramps, and other concrete structures
- Stormwater drainage pipe installation, pipe point repairs, manhole installation, and pipe and manhole rehabilitation
- Construction and rehabilitation of walking trail wood bridges and overpasses
- Other construction services as needed.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period starting from the award date until the completion of the required services as specified in individual task orders under the on-demand service framework.

Place of Performance
The geographic location for the performance of this contract will be within the City of Suwanee, Georgia.
