Background
The City of Bainbridge is seeking sealed bids for the procurement of one new utility tractor. This request is part of the city's efforts to maintain and enhance its operational capabilities. - Fuel tank capacity of 34.3 gallons

It should also have a cab machine, 4-wheel drive, and be equipped with standard safety and pollution control equipment as required by state and federal standards. Additionally, bidders must provide warranty details for a minimum of 24 months or 2000 hours, along with service manuals, parts books, and operator's manuals.

Period of Performance
The bids will be received until June 11, 2026, at which point they will be publicly opened. The successful bidder is expected to deliver the tractor within a specified timeframe after the order is placed.

Bidder Requirements

A local preference of 2% will be applied for qualifying Decatur County businesses during bid evaluation.
