Real And Personal Property Mail/Processing For Muscogee County Tax Commissioner (ANNUAL CONTRACT)

Background
The Columbus Consolidated Government is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide printing and mailing services for the Muscogee County Tax Commissioner. This initiative aims to ensure efficient processing and delivery of tax-related documents, which are crucial for the county's revenue collection and communication with property owners.

Work Details
The required services under this contract include:
- Printing and mailing of Real, Personal, & Mobile Home Property Tax Bills.
- Printing and mailing of Real, Personal, & Mobile Home Property Tax Delinquent Notices.

The contract will be for two years with an option to renew for three additional twelve-month periods. The contractor must ensure compliance with all specifications outlined in the RFP, including technical requirements detailed in Appendix A.

Period of Performance
The contract term shall be for two (2) years, with the option to renew for three (3) additional twelve-month periods, contingent upon mutual agreement between the City and the Contractor.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed within Muscogee County, Georgia.
