Ready-Mix Concrete (Statewide)

Background
The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) is issuing this Request for Quotes (eRFQ) to establish a contract with one or more qualified suppliers for the provision of Ready-Mix Concrete. This procurement aims to facilitate the scheduled and emergency repair and maintenance of road and bridge sites across seven districts in Georgia.

Suppliers must provide concrete that meets GDOT's specifications and is sourced from manufacturers listed on the GDOT Qualified Products List (QPL).

Work Details
Suppliers are required to provide various types of Ready-Mix Concrete, including but not limited to: 24-Hour Accelerated Strength, Class AAA, Class AA1, Class AA, Class A, Class B, and Flowable Fill types. Each type must be delivered in cubic yards as specified in the Cost Worksheet.

Additionally, suppliers must adhere to GDOT Standard Specifications for construction materials and may need to submit product samples for testing if they are not already on the QPL. The concrete must be ready for use upon delivery and comply with all relevant specifications outlined in the eRFQ.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract will be five (5) calendar years from the date of award. The contract may be extended if necessary to ensure continued supply until a new contract is awarded.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed statewide across seven districts in Georgia as needed for road and bridge maintenance.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered with Team Georgia Marketplace™ and comply with all insurance requirements including Commercial General Liability, Workers Compensation, and Automobile Liability insurance. They must also provide proof of registration with the Georgia Secretary of State and may need to submit a Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act Affidavit.

Additionally, bidders should be listed on GDOT's Qualified Products List for their products.
