Background
The City of Cumming Utilities is seeking proposals for the construction of PWPF Laboratory Improvements. The project aims to enhance the municipal water laboratory's functionality through the fabrication and installation of cabinetry and fixtures, which are essential for water treatment and bacteria testing processes.

Work Details
The scope of work includes the fabrication and installation of various cabinetry and fixtures for a municipal water laboratory. Specific items to be provided include:

- Wall Cabinets (30"H x 30"W x 13"D) - Quantity: 4
- Base Cabinets (35"H x 30"W x 22"D) - Quantity: 4, with 2 drawers and 2 doors each
- Sink Cabinets (35"H x 36"W x 22"D) - Quantity: 1, with aluminum pull
- Drop-in Sinks (18x15x11", Center Drain, Black) - Quantity: 2
- Drop-in Sink (25x15x10", Corner Drain, Black) - Quantity: 1
- Countertops made of 1" Phenolic Resin in Black - Quantity: 195 units with additional specifications for loose curbs and cutouts.

Additional items include faucets, eyewash units, epoxy resin pegboards, stainless steel drip trays, and various cabinet kits. All work must comply with applicable codes and standards.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed following the bid acceptance on May 16, with specific timelines for delivery and installation to be detailed in the contractor's proposal.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the City of Cumming Utilities Water Production Headquarters located at 100 Main Street, Suite 101, Cumming, GA 30040.

Bidder Requirements
Contractors must provide proof of valid licenses from the State of Georgia. They are required to submit an Affidavit of Compliance with O.C.G.A. §13-10-91 regarding E-Verify participation. Bidders should also demonstrate relevant experience by providing references from similar installations completed within the last two years.
