PWPF Administrative & Laboratory Bldg New HVAC Installation

Background
The City of Cumming Utilities is issuing a Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals for the construction of the PWPF Administrative and Laboratory Building New HVAC Installation.

The mission of this project is to enhance the HVAC capabilities within the facility, ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards.

Work Details
The scope of work includes:
1. Procurement of HVAC units and associated components;
2. Complete installation of the HVAC system;
3. Electrical work directly related to the HVAC installation.

Contractors must demonstrate relevant experience and qualifications to perform the specified work, ensuring all tasks comply with applicable codes and standards.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the PWPF Administrative and Laboratory Building located at 100 Main Street, Suite 101, Cumming, GA 30040.

Bidder Requirements
Contractors must provide proof of any applicable valid licenses by the State of Georgia for the scope of work.

Additionally, all qualifying contractors and subcontractors must register and participate in the federal work authorization program known as E-Verify to verify work eligibility information of new employees. A Bidder’s Affidavit of Compliance with O.C.G.A. §13-10-91 must be completed and submitted with the bid.
