Work Details
The contractor will provide a 6 Stall Towable Restroom Trailer with the following specifications:

- **Trailer Type:** 6-stall, gender-separated layout with no urinals.
- **Dimensions:** Length of 18-24 feet, width of 8.5 feet (10-11 feet with stairs), height of 11-12 feet.
- **Capacity:** Minimum 750-gallon waste tank and 150-gallon freshwater tank.
- **Exterior Finish:** Durable material (fiberglass or aluminum) in white or custom color.
- **Warranty:** Minimum 1-year comprehensive warranty on structure, plumbing, electrical, and fixtures.
- **Chassis:** Heavy-duty all-steel frame, dual tandem axles with electric brakes, standard hitch, commercial-grade tires with spare included.
- **Utility Systems:** Primary power inlet (50-amp), backup power cord (20-amp), plumbing connections for water and waste disposal, HVAC system with heating and cooling capabilities.
- **Interior Features:** Gender-separated stalls with lockable doors, durable flooring, low-water-consumption toilets, sinks with motion-activated faucets, LED lighting, ventilation systems, and necessary dispensers.
