Pressure Washing Services for Fayette County Public Schools (RFP 26-017-075)

Background
Fayette County Public Schools (FCPS) is seeking proposals for pressure washing services to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of various facilities within the district. The contract aims to ensure that school buildings, stadiums, sidewalks, and curbs are properly maintained through professional pressure washing services. The goal is to enhance the overall environment of the schools and provide a safe and welcoming atmosphere for students and staff.

Work Details
The contractor will provide pressure washing services for multiple locations throughout the Fayette County School District, including concrete buildings, sidewalks, curbs, stadium seating (both concrete and aluminum), and other structures as assigned. The contractor must supply all necessary equipment, chemicals (which must be approved by the Facilities Coordinator), and labor. Specific requirements include ensuring that all equipment is in proper working condition, providing lift equipment for hard-to-reach areas, and using onsite water for projects while adhering to restrictions on school district equipment.

The contractor will also be responsible for any preparatory work needed before pressure washing. Projects must be completed without upfront payment, with invoices processed upon project completion.

Period of Performance
The contract term will begin upon award and continue through June 30, 2026, with an option to renew for three additional terms.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations throughout the Fayette County School District in Georgia.

Bidder Requirements
Respondents must provide a current Certificate of Insurance (COI), complete a W-9 form, submit E-Verify documentation, and include letters of recommendation from previous clients. They must comply with the Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act by registering with E-Verify. Additionally, respondents should have experience in public school services and provide proof of criminal background checks for employees assigned to work on the project.
