Background
The Georgia World Congress Center Authority (GWCCA) is soliciting proposals from experienced firms to provide portable restrooms and sinks for the FIFA Fan Festival at Centennial Olympic Park.
The GWCCA operates the largest combined convention, sports, and entertainment campus in North America, aiming to enhance the quality of life for Georgia citizens through events that generate economic benefits.

Work Details
The contractor will provide portable restrooms and sinks for the FIFA Fan Festival, which includes:
1. A detailed restroom matrix specifying types of equipment and quantities required.
2. Load-in dates from May 26 to June 11, 2026, with event days from June 11 to July 15, 2026, and load-out dates from July 16 to July 22, 2026.
3. On-site truck parking arrangements must be clarified in the budget due to limited space.
4. A site survey may be required post-award between March and April 2026.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from May 26, 2026, through July 22, 2026.

Place of Performance
Centennial Olympic Park, Atlanta, Georgia.

Bidder Requirements
Proposers must demonstrate experience with large-scale events similar to FIFA Fan Festival operations and provide evidence of financial stability.
They must also comply with all federal, state, and local regulations regarding necessary licenses and permits.
Additionally, they should have a drug-free workplace policy and adhere to non-discrimination practices.
