Portable Performance Staging

Background
The Georgia World Congress Center Authority is seeking responses from firms specializing in portable performance staging and accessories for conventions, meetings, and entertainment use in the Georgia World Congress Center. The Authority retains the right to reject any or all submittals, and to waive technicalities, irregularities, and informalities, or cancel this procurement at any time.
A RESTRICTION OF COMMUNICATION IS IN EFFECT FOR THIS PROJECT. Interested firms are not allowed to communicate about this solicitation or scope with any staff or official representatives of the Authority, GWCC, or other facilities of the Authority, except for submission of questions as instructed in the IFB, or as provided by any existing work agreement(s). Finalists and Apparent Awardee(s) are restricted from making public statements or press releases about their selection as finalists or their apparent award.

Work Details
The vendor is required to provide new equipment including:
- 6’x8’x16”/24” (adjustable to both heights) – 30 units
- 6’x8’x24”/32” (adjustable to both heights) – 30 units
- 2-step 8” rise step (used for 16”/24” riser heights) – 40 units
- 3-step 8” rise step (used for 24”/32” riser heights) – 40 units
- Stage drape (quantity to cover above inventory for 16”/24” and 24”/32” adjustable risers).
The successful vendor will be responsible for pre-inspection and “inside-delivery” of all items.

Period of Performance
The schedule of events includes the following key dates:
- Authority issues IFB on 06/12/24
- Site visit on 06/24/24 at 10:00AM
- Deadline for submission of written questions and requests for clarification on 06/27/24 at 10:00AM
- Answer to questions posted on 06/28/24
- Deadline for submission of Bid on 07/05/24 at 10:00AM.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Georgia World Congress Center located at 285 Andrew Young International Boulevard, NW Atlanta, Georgia.
