PNA-484-111224 Aerial Photography, LIDAR and Survey Services

Background
The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) is issuing a Public Notice of Advertisement (PNA) to inform the consultant community about an upcoming Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Aerial Photography, LIDAR, and Survey Services.

The goal of this contract is to provide essential aerial and surveying services that support GDOT's mission in transportation planning and infrastructure development.

Work Details
The Consultant shall provide Aerial Photography, LIDAR, and Survey Services. The Prime Consultant must be prequalified by GDOT in the following area classes: 5.04a Aerial Photography, 5.05 Photogrammetry, 5.06a Topographic Remote Sensing, and 5.07 Cartography.

Additionally, the team must include members prequalified in: 5.01 Land Surveying, 5.02 Engineering Surveying, and 5.03 Geodetic Surveying. Key team leaders required include a Chief Photogrammetrist (with ASPRS Certification), a LIDAR Specialist, a Chief Surveyor (Registered in State of Georgia with PLS License), and a Survey Party Chief.

Period of Performance
The anticipated schedule indicates that the RFQ will be issued on October 11, 2024, with Statements of Qualifications due by November 12, 2024.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed within the state of Georgia.
