Pike County School District Technology Computer Lease Purchase

Background
Pike County Schools (PCS) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a four (4) year lease purchase program for approximately 450 staff laptop computers and docking stations. The district aims to implement a turnkey solution that encompasses hardware procurement, lease financing, configuration, deployment services, warranty, and lifecycle support.

Work Details
The selected vendor will provide:
- 450 enterprise-grade laptop devices with the following minimum specifications:
- Intel Core i5 or better
- 16GB RAM
- 512GB SSD
- Touchscreen required
- Wi-Fi 6+
- USB-C/Thunderbolt
- Windows 11 Pro

- 450 manufacturer-compatible docking stations that support three displays (including an 85" HDMI + USB touch panel), power delivery, and single-cable preferred setup.

- A fixed four-year lease financing arrangement with detailed monthly and annual cost breakdowns.

- Full white glove deployment services including imaging and configuration, hybrid domain join (on-prem AD + Azure AD), software installation, BIOS/firmware updates, asset tagging and engraving, and QA testing to ensure devices are fully ready for use upon delivery.

- Warranty and accidental damage coverage for the full lease term including full accidental damage protection for drops, spills, electrical issues, and screen damage. Vendors must outline turnaround time and claims process.

Period of Performance
The project should begin immediately after award and will span a four-year lease period.

Place of Performance
The delivery of products will occur at Pike County Schools located at 7452 Highway 19s Zebulon, GA, 30295.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must have K-12 experience with at least two Georgia school references for projects involving over 300 devices. They must demonstrate lease financing capability and experience with hybrid domain setups. Additionally, vendors must be capable of providing white glove deployment services.
