Background
The Georgia Vocational Rehabilitation Agency is issuing this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) to establish a contract with a qualified supplier for Peabody Cottage Renovation Services. The agency aims to enhance its facilities to better serve its mission of providing vocational rehabilitation services. The contract encompasses pre-construction, construction, and post-construction services.

Work Details
The work covered by this solicitation includes:

1. Interior renovations to the existing Peabody Cottage, which consists of a full roof replacement, interior renovations, HVAC renovations, electrical renovations, and minor site work.

2. Specific tasks include:
a. Site Improvements such as utilities and pavement patching;
b. Demolition work;
c. Installation of residential appliances;
d. Installation of plumbing fixtures.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract is for one calendar year from the execution date, with potential extensions as necessary for completion of services.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at Peabody Cottage located at 6135 Roosevelt Highway, Warm Springs, GA 31830.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must attend a mandatory conference on April 16, 2025, to be eligible for contract award. Additionally, suppliers must register in the Team Georgia Marketplace™ and provide proof of required insurance coverage including Workers Compensation and Commercial General Liability insurance.
