Paving 2025

Background
The City of Peachtree City is issuing a contract for the Paving Projects for 2025. The project aims to enhance the infrastructure by milling, full depth reclamation, patching, and resurfacing various city streets.
This initiative is part of the city's ongoing efforts to maintain and improve road conditions for residents and visitors.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks: milling existing pavement, performing full depth reclamation, patching damaged areas, and resurfacing multiple city streets as outlined in Section 01 10 00 - Summary and Appendix B of the project manual.
All work must adhere to the specifications provided in the construction drawings and technical documents.

Period of Performance
The project must achieve substantial completion within 180 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed.
Final completion is required within an additional 30 calendar days after substantial completion.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed on various streets within Peachtree City, Georgia.
