On-Site Pharmacy Services Provider

Background
Hall County, Georgia, a municipal entity located at 2875 Browns Bridge Road, Gainesville, GA 30504, is seeking qualified vendors to provide on-site pharmacy services at the Hall County Government Family Health Center Clinic. The goal of this contract is to provide pharmacy services to employees, retirees, and their eligible dependents enrolled in the County’s group health insurance plans. The County aims to partner with vendors that can offer high-quality and cost-effective pharmacy solutions.

Work Details
The selected vendor will provide the following services:
1. On-site pharmacy services for employees, retirees, and their eligible dependents.
2. A system to provide zero-dollar claim data to medical providers or third-party administrators (TPA) for consolidated claims data management.
3. Detailed reporting as required by the County.

The vendor must comply with all guidelines and regulations set forth in the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).

Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract will be for one year starting January 1, 2027, with four additional one-year renewal options available at the discretion of Hall County.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Hall County Government Family Health Center Clinic located at 2434 Old Cornelia Highway in Gainesville, Georgia.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be licensed and insured in the State of Georgia and must not have been debarred by any Federal, State, or Local authority. They must also not have been involved in legal suits for negligence or malpractice. Bidders are required to submit two hard copies of their proposals (one marked 'Original' and one 'Copy') along with a USB drive containing their technical qualifications and cost proposal separated into different folders.
