Background
Rockdale County, Georgia is issuing an Invitation to Bid (ITB No. 24-22) for an On-Demand Unit Price Contract for Electrical Services at various locations.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing on-demand electrical services, which include both regular and emergency/after-hours service.

The bid must include unit pricing for labor (licensed electricians and apprentices/helpers), emergency response times (within two hours), and non-emergency response times (within two days). Additionally, the contractor must provide a material markup percentage on all proposals and invoices. High voltage utilities over 480V and low voltage wiring under 50V are excluded from this contract.

Period of Performance
The initial contract term is one year with the option to renew for two additional one-year terms, unless canceled in writing 30 days before the end of the current term.
