7) The contractor must perform at least 30% of the work using their own resources without subcontracting without prior consent from the City;

The contract is set for an initial term of five years, starting from a date to be determined, with automatic annual renewals unless written notice of non-renewal is provided at least thirty days prior to the expiration of any term.
