New Behavioral Health Crisis Center

Background
The Community Service Board of Middle Georgia is issuing a solicitation for the construction of a new Behavioral Health Crisis Center. This project aims to enhance mental health services in the region by providing a dedicated facility designed to address behavioral health crises.

The center will be located on a 3.78-acre site owned by the Community Service Board, with the goal of improving access to mental health care and support.

Work Details
The project involves the construction of a new one-story behavioral health crisis center with a total area of 31,245 square feet. The scope includes all necessary sitework, labor, equipment, and materials as specified in the Construction Documents, Plans, and Specifications.

Bids are being sought for a General Contract that encompasses all trades involved in the construction process.

Period of Performance
The successful bidder is expected to commence work upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed, anticipated to be issued on January 7, 2025. Substantial completion of the project must be achieved by March 9, 2026.

Place of Performance
The construction will take place at 326 Johnson Drive, Dublin, GA 31021.
