Work Details
The contractor will provide a complete turnkey solution for the replacement and modernization of the County’s existing Cisco network switching and routing infrastructure. This includes: procurement, staging, configuration, deployment, migration, testing, and cutover of new Cisco networking equipment.
All proposed equipment must be new and include necessary components such as switches, routers, power supplies, and accessories. Professional services required include: network assessment and implementation planning; installation and replacement of network hardware; integration with existing monitoring environments; testing and validation of deployed equipment; knowledge transfer and operational training for County IT personnel; ongoing maintenance and support for five years post-acceptance.
Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and continue for one year with options to renew for four additional one-year periods.

Bidders must be authorized Cisco partners in good standing. They should demonstrate verifiable experience in similar projects for government agencies or large enterprises. Proposals must include five customer references from comparable engagements completed within the last three years. Additionally, bidders must comply with Georgia's Illegal Immigration Reform and Enforcement Act.
