Background
The Meriwether County Board of Education is issuing a contract for the renovation of Mountain View Elementary School located in Manchester, Georgia.
The goal of this project is to enhance the educational environment through significant upgrades and improvements to the school facilities.

Work Details
The scope of work includes:
- Demolition
- Replacement of glass
- Installation of a suspended ceiling and grid
- Vinyl composition tile flooring with rubber base
- Epoxy resinous flooring
- Painting
- Replacement of toilet partitions and accessories
- Replacement of plumbing fixtures
- Replacement of toilet room heaters
- Electrical work.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to be completed following the bid submission deadline on May 5, 2025.
