Merritt Road Park

Background
The City of Marietta, Georgia, is seeking bids for the Merritt Road Park project. This project involves grading the existing property on Merritt Road to prepare for the construction of a future park. The goal is to ensure the site is properly prepared for subsequent development as a public park.

Work Details
The work includes grading the existing property, which encompasses the removal of paving, trees, and debris. Erosion control measures are also required. 1) Grading complete (includes removal of paving, trees, and debris) - 1 LS;

3) Purchase and installation of message boards - 2 EA.

Period of Performance
The time allowed for completion of the project is sixty (60) calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed.

The contract will be performed at Merritt Road Park in Marietta, Georgia.
