McDonough Town Square Project

Background
The City of McDonough, Georgia, is seeking bids from qualified firms to provide materials, equipment, labor, and services necessary for the historic McDonough Town Square landscape installation.
The goal of this project is to enhance the aesthetic and functional aspects of the Town Square while ensuring ongoing maintenance and care.

Work Details
The contract includes the following services: landscape installation at McDonough Town Square, which encompasses traffic control; a one-year maintenance plan that includes weed treatment, fertilization, mowing, edging, trimming, mulching, uplighting installation, and irrigation design & installation.
The successful bidder will also be responsible for clearing any right-of-way obstructions and maintaining safe vehicular access during the project.
All work is subject to inspection by the City’s Parks Director.

Period of Performance
All work shall commence within fifteen (15) days of the Notice to Proceed and shall be completed within ninety (90) calendar days thereafter.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at McDonough Town Square located at 136 Keys Ferry Street, McDonough, GA.
