Bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid conference on May 20, 2025. Bids must include a bid security of 5% of the bid amount and cannot be withdrawn for 30 days after the bid opening. Only prime bidders may obtain procurement documents after April 31, 2025, for a fee of $150.
