Background
The City of Grovetown, Georgia, is seeking bids for the Liberty Park Expansion project, which aims to enhance recreational facilities in the area. The project will support future developments such as soccer fields, tennis courts, pickleball courts, playgrounds, and parking facilities. Work Details
The scope of work includes site work and utilities for approximately 48 acres at Liberty Park in Grovetown, Georgia. Specific tasks involve:
- Construction of soccer fields, tennis courts, pickleball courts, playgrounds, and restroom facilities.
- Installation of parking facilities.
- Conducting a final as-built topographic survey of the completed project by a Georgia Licensed Land Surveyor.

Period of Performance
The work is expected to be substantially completed within 240 days from the date of Notice-To-Proceed and fully completed within 270 days.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must possess a current General Contractor’s license in the State of Georgia and have completed at least three similar projects in Georgia or South Carolina within the last five years. Bids must include a bid bond or bid security amounting to at least 5% of the total bid price. Additionally, bidders must provide evidence of authority to do business in Georgia.
