Lawrenceville Lawn Playground Expansion Project

Background
The City of Lawrenceville, Georgia, is issuing a solicitation for the Lawrenceville Lawn Playground Expansion Project.
The project aims to enhance the existing playground facilities and improve the overall site for community use.
The City is committed to providing safe and accessible recreational spaces for its residents.

Work Details
The work to be performed includes:
1) Site security with temporary fencing;
2) Erosion control measures including tree save fencing and silt fences;
3) Demolition of trees, shrubs, sod, and sunshade fabric;
4) Site work and earthwork involving excavation and fine grading;
5) Installation of stone masonry features including a granite rubble wall and seating walls;
6) Cast in place concrete for header curbs and edging;
7) Joint sealant application between existing walkways and new walls;
8) Storm drain structure adjustments;
9) Relocation of signage and installation of new signage for stroller parking;
10) Thermoplastic striping for stroller parking areas;
11) Relocation of pedestrian light poles and installation of new lighting fixtures;
12) Installation of new sunshade structures;
13) Landscaping including planting new trees and shrubs, mulching, and installing a security fence with double gates.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to be completed within 45 consecutive calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed.

The project will take place at the Lawrenceville Lawn Playground located in Lawrenceville, Georgia.
