Langston Chapel Elementary School and Langston Chapel Middle School Roof Repairs and Replacement

Background
The project is initiated by Bulloch County Schools, which aims to maintain and enhance the educational environment by addressing the roofing needs of two schools: Langston Chapel Elementary School and Langston Chapel Middle School.

The goal of this contract is to perform necessary roof repairs and replacements to ensure the safety and functionality of the school facilities.

Work Details
The scope of work includes:
1. Roof repairs at Langston Chapel Elementary School involving the existing structural standing seam metal roof system. This includes replacement of roof panels, panel clips, rake flashing, ridge flashing, and associated sheet metal components and accessories.

2. Roof replacement at Langston Chapel Middle School down to the existing roof deck/sheathing, which includes roof deck repairs, installation of underlayment, an architectural shingle roof system, and associated sheet metal components and accessories.

Period of Performance
The contractor is expected to commence work upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed and achieve substantial completion within 45 calendar days from that date.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at two locations in Statesboro, Georgia: 150 Langston Chapel Road for Langston Chapel Elementary School and 156 Langston Chapel Road for Langston Chapel Middle School.
