Background
Drew Charter School is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide landscaping and grounds maintenance services for the 2025-2026 school year. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the school's grounds are maintained to a high standard, supporting the educational environment.

Work Details
The selected vendor will be responsible for comprehensive landscaping and grounds maintenance services, which may include but are not limited to:
- Regular lawn care (mowing, edging, fertilizing)
- Shrub and tree maintenance (trimming, pruning)
- Flower bed maintenance (planting, weeding)
- Debris removal
- Seasonal clean-up
- Irrigation system management
Vendors must demonstrate their capability to fulfill all outlined requirements in their proposals.
Period of Performance
The contract will commence on or about July 1, 2025, and will run until June 30, 2026. There is an option for renewal by mutual agreement for up to four additional years.
