Lakeshore Pickleball Courts

The project is a new pickleball court complex that will consist of nineteen (19) pickleball courts, a future pavilion (not in contract for this bid), concrete plazas and walkways, sidewalk extensions along streets, asphalt parking lot expansion, court lighting, electrical and water services, and finishing fixtures. The project will include site demolition, grubbing/stripping of topsoil, erosion and sediment control (installation, maintenance, and removal of erosion and sediment control BMP s), grading, storm drainage, utilities (water, power, and court lighting), concrete retaining wall construction, walkways, asphalt paving, curb and gutter, court paving, fencing, railing, grassing, and installation of court nets/posts, benches, and trash receptacles. The contractor is expected to manage and stage construction to allow the remainder of Lakshore Park beyond the project limits to remain open during construction with minimal disruptions to the use of the park.
