LaGrange-Callaway Airport Taxiway A Pavement Rehabilitation & Lighting Project

Background
The Troup County Board of Commissioners is issuing this solicitation for the Taxiway 'A' Pavement Rehabilitation & Lighting Project at LaGrange-Callaway Airport in LaGrange, Georgia. This project is part of the AIP Project No: AP024-9052-44(285) and aims to enhance airport infrastructure by rehabilitating the taxiway and upgrading lighting systems.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the Taxiway 'A' Pavement Rehabilitation & Lighting. This includes but is not limited to:

- Site preparation
- Pavement repair and resurfacing
- Installation of new lighting fixtures
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety and operational standards.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to commence upon award and must be completed by May 15th, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at LaGrange-Callaway Airport, located at 200 Airport Parkway, LaGrange, Georgia, 30240.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must attend a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting on May 1st at 10:00 AM at LaGrange-Callaway Airport. Contractors are required to examine the site conditions prior to bidding. Coordination with the Airport Manager for site visits is necessary.
