Kitchen Fabrication Bid

Background
The Seminole County School Nutrition Department is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the School Nutrition Program (SNP). The goal of this contract is to procure fabrication items necessary for the construction of new kitchen serving lines and related equipment for Seminole County K-12 schools. This initiative aims to enhance the nutritional services provided to students in compliance with federal and state regulations.

Work Details
The successful bidder will be responsible for supplying and delivering various fabrication items, specifically serving lines and all necessary equipment as outlined in Attachment B of the IFB. The contract encompasses all aspects of fabrication required to meet the specifications set forth by the School Nutrition Program. Bidders must ensure compliance with federal regulations, including 7CFR 210.21 and 2 CFR part 200, subpart D, regarding procurement processes.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on January 1, 2025, and conclude on November 30, 2025. There is an option for extension up to three months at the same pricing upon mutual agreement.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Seminole County K-12 schools located in Donalsonville, GA.
